New State Requirements for Dental Technicians
An amendment proposed by the SCDLA was passed by the SC General Assembly on Wednesday,
June 4, 2008, and will be in force six months from that
date. The amendment incorporates new certification
requirements, including registration for out-of-state
dental technicians who want to do business in South
Carolina. (read more)

A Message From Our New President
 I
want to thank the membership for electing me as your
President. It is truly an honor and privilege and one
that I will long cherish and strive to serve the
association and membership.I inherited an association
that is solvent and one that has made some giant steps
over the past several years and has made a positive
impact on our technicians, laboratories, and industry.
With the continued support of the membership we want to
continue this success and progress through greater
recognition, improved programs, expanded membership, and
a continued strong working relationship with the entire
dental community.
I want to encourage active participation from every
member as we look forward to a year of growth, unity and
strength.
