New Accidental Insurance for SCDLA MembersIn
addition to the current health insurance program, the
SCDLA now provides, at the Association's expense, a $25,000 accidental insurance policy
with a regular membership.

SCDLA's Insurance Program
The South
Carolina Dental Laboratory Association, in conjunction
with The Sebrite Agency, currently offers a health
insurance program with the membership. This is a limited
benefit plan fully insured through Berkshire Hathaway
and the Hartford. The plan is underwritten by Symetra
Life Insurance Company and administrated by Sebrite
Agency Inc.
The Sebrite Agency is a long-standing, reliable company
providing a variety of insurance programs to the Dental
Industry.
While this is a limited benefit
program, the plan is guaranteed issue, has no waiting
period unless you choose, and covers pre-existing health
conditions without any limitations. Likewise, there are
no participation requirements.
